All offers sold through Ofertón Latino are provided by independent participating businesses (“Merchants”).
Refund eligibility may vary by offer and Merchant.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The offer was redeemed
- The QR code was used
- The offer expired
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Merchant policies prohibit refunds
Ofertón Latino reserves the right to review refund requests individually.
Customers should first attempt to resolve fulfillment-related issues directly with the Merchant.
Approved refunds, if any, may take several business days depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
Ofertón Latino and Negron Media Corporation are not responsible for:
- Merchant refusal
- Product quality
- Scheduling issues
- Service dissatisfaction
- Merchant operational disputes
