Welcome to Ofertón Latino (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Negron Media Corporation.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing, registering, or using the Ofertón Latino website, mobile application, social media pages, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Platform Purpose
Ofertón Latino is a digital promotional and marketplace platform that allows participating businesses (“Merchants”) to advertise and sell promotional offers, products, services, discounts, and campaigns to customers.
Ofertón Latino is NOT the provider, seller, manufacturer, distributor, restaurant, contractor, or direct operator of the offers listed on the platform.
All products, services, promotions, and offers are created, managed, fulfilled, and redeemed solely by the participating Merchant.
Merchant Responsibility
Each Merchant is solely responsible for:
- Honoring and fulfilling all offers
- Product and service quality
- Pricing accuracy
- Taxes
- Availability
- Customer service
- Safety
- Licensing and permits
- Legal compliance
- Redemptions and refunds when applicable
Ofertón Latino and Negron Media Corporation do not guarantee:
- Product quality
- Merchant reliability
- Availability
- Accuracy of descriptions
- Merchant performance
- Customer satisfaction
- Timelines or outcomes
Purchases and Payments
Purchases made through the Platform are transactions between the customer and the participating Merchant.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers such as Stripe or similar services.
Ofertón Latino does not store full payment card information.
By completing a purchase, you agree:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- All information submitted is accurate
- Purchases may be subject to additional Merchant terms
QR Codes and Confirmations
After a successful purchase, customers may receive:
- A confirmation number
- QR code
- Digital receipt
The Merchant is solely responsible for redeeming and validating offers.
Offers may:
- Expire
- Have limitations
- Be subject to availability
- Require appointments or reservations
Unused, expired, duplicated, altered, or fraudulent QR codes may be rejected.
Refunds
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the Merchant and the offer purchased.
Ofertón Latino reserves the right to deny refund requests when:
- Offers were redeemed
- Expiration dates passed
- Fraud is suspected
- Merchant policies prohibit refunds
Customers are encouraged to contact the Merchant directly regarding fulfillment-related disputes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OFERTÓN LATINO, NEGRON MEDIA CORPORATION, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, HOSTS, PRESENTERS, AGENTS, AND ASSOCIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Merchant actions or omissions
- Product defects
- Service quality
- Injuries
- Damages
- Losses
- Delays
- Business interruptions
- Disputes between customers and Merchants
- Fraud by Merchants or users
- Misrepresentations
- Expired offers
- Refused redemptions
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the Platform unlawfully
- Attempt fraud
- Duplicate QR codes
- Abuse promotions
- Harass Merchants or users
- Interfere with the Platform’s operations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, graphics, videos, website content, and platform materials related to Ofertón Latino remain the property of Ofertón Latino and/or Negron Media Corporation unless otherwise stated.
Privacy
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
